User Registration Policy

1. Eligibility

To register an account on Mongjee, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide a valid personally owned email address, not have a previously suspended or banned account on the platform, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and agree to the Mongjee Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Registration Process

Visit app.mongjee.com and select "Sign Up." Enter your email address and create a secure password (minimum 6 characters). A verification email will be sent — click the link to confirm your address. Then select your account role: Buyer or Personal Shopper, and complete your profile with a display name and optional location.

Personal Shoppers must additionally complete identity verification before listing items or receiving payouts. See the Personal Shopper Registration Policy for details.

3. Account Roles

Buyer: Can browse items and trips, follow shoppers and trips, buy listed items, send sourcing requests, message shoppers, comment on updates, and manage order history. No identity verification required. There is deliberately no cart: one order is with one shopper.

Personal Shopper: Can announce trips, list items, post updates, receive sourcing requests, and earn payouts. Identity verification is mandatory before listing an item or being paid; posting updates and answering buyers is not gated on it. One account can hold both roles and switch between them.

4. Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Impersonating another person, using a false identity, or registering with someone else's email address is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one Mongjee account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent a ban or access promotions multiple times is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password, do not share your credentials, and log out of shared devices. Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Account Termination

Mongjee may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these registration requirements or any platform policy. Users may also voluntarily delete their accounts via the Settings page.
