Mongjee - Personal Shopper Platform

1. User Agreement

By accessing and using Mongjee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This includes our role as a platform connecting independent buyers with personal shoppers. We act as an escrow agent for payments and a verification layer for trust.

2. Marketplace Role

Mongjee is a technology facilitator. We do not personally source or ship items. All transactions are contracts between the Buyer and the assigned Personal Shopper. Mongjee guarantees the funds are held until the Buyer receives the goods or a shipment dispute is resolved.

3. Prohibited Items

Users may not request or source items that are illegal, dangerous, or prohibited by international shipping carriers. This includes but is not limited to: explosives, counterfeit goods, narcotics, and highly flammable items.

4. Platform Fees

Mongjee charges a service fee for facilitating secure payments and shopper verification. This fee is clearly displayed alongside the product price during the checkout process.
